4430 Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) Suction Hose

The 4430 Series Cross-linked Polyethylene Suction Hose is our first chemical hose option. This versatile hose features a cross-linked polyethylene tube, reinforced with double-ply synthetic fabric, a wire helix, and copper static wire. These features ensure it can reliably handle a broad variety of chemicals. The hose is covered with green EPDM rubber, designed with a wrap cured finish, adding to its robustness.

The hose operates effectively in temperature conditions between -40°F(-40°C) and 150°F(+66°C). The EPDM rubber cover offers resistance against temperature fluctuations, harsh weather conditions, and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting use.

Available in sizes ranging from 3/4” ID (19.05mm) to 4” ID (101.60mm), all cross-linked XLPE suction hose sizes are rated for full vacuum, enhancing its functionality in diverse applications.

4433 Ultra-high-molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) Chemical Suction Hose

Our second chemical hose option is the 4433 Series, constructed with ultra-high-molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Similar to our 4430 Series, the 4433 hose also uses EPDM as the cover elastomer and is reinforced with two-ply synthetic fabric and a wire helix, ensuring superior strength and durability. The UHMWPE tube offers broad chemical resistance, making it an excellent choice for various industrial applications.

This hose also provides strong resistance to heat, weather, and abrasion, ensuring it remains efficient in diverse conditions. With its full vacuum rating, it stands up to demanding usage. Sizes start at ¾” ID (19.05mm) and run up to 4” ID (101.60mm). It is rated for use at temperatures of -40°F(-40°C) to 194°F(+90°C), making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
